What are your shipping options and timelines?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link and number. You can use this link to check the real-time status and location of your package.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please visit our Returns page to initiate the process.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to a change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to help. Please contact us immediately within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.), Net Banking, UPI, and common digital wallets.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologize! Please take a picture of the damaged/incorrect item and contact our customer support team immediately at care@loomsville.com. We will swiftly arrange a replacement and cover all associated costs.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is completed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

What material are Loomsville bedsheets made from?

Our bedsheets are made exclusively from premium long-staple cotton, known for its exceptional softness, breathability, and durability. We use high-quality weaves to ensure a luxurious feel.

How should I care for my Loomsville sheets?

To maintain the softness and integrity of the fabric, we recommend machine washing in cold water with mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Avoid using bleach.

Do your sheets wrinkle easily?

As a product made of 100% natural, premium cotton, some mild wrinkling is normal. However, our weaves are designed to minimize excessive creasing. Removing the sheets promptly from the dryer and folding them immediately can help reduce wrinkles.
