1. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.
- International shipping is available to select countries (please contact us for details before placing an order).
2. Shipping Timeframes
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Standard delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–7 business days
- Remote/pin-code–restricted areas may take longer.
⚠️ Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Loomsville is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, or service disruptions).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional fee of ₹100.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can also track your order anytime on our website under “Track Order.”
5. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
- Loomsville will not be responsible for delays, returns, or losses due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
6. Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours at care@loomsville.com.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
7. Delays & Exceptions
- During high-demand seasons (festivals, sales), delivery times may be slightly longer.
- Force majeure events (natural calamities, lockdowns, etc.) may impact shipping timelines.
