Refund policy

At Loomsville, we take pride in the quality of our premium bedsheets and want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’ve outlined our simple return and refund process below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, washing, or damage caused by misuse will not be eligible.
  • Sale/discounted items and gift cards are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used bedsheets, pillow covers, or bedding sets.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at care@loomsville.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product images.
  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup through our courier partner (if serviceable in your area).
    • If pickup is not available, you may need to self-ship the product.
  3. After inspection at our warehouse, we’ll notify you of approval/rejection.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund/store credit as per your choice.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing us at care@loomsville.com.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
